Our Supermarket is looking for a Cashier, Salesman whose position involves receiving payments and issuing receipts, keeping track of all cash and credit transactions, and packaging. To be successful in this role, previous experience as a cashier and a salesman in supermarkets is preferred. You should also be flexible with timings and have good courtesy. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- At least a high school graduate/diploma holder with relevant training and certifications.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- For Stockers:
Daily stocking of product shelves
Daily maintenance inventory
Check if the display of products are presentable and eye catching according to display policies and procedures - For Salesman:
Sells dairy supplies such as cheese wrappings, rennet, filters, cheese coloring, thickening and stabilizing agents
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers, answer their queries, and help them locate items
- Operate scanners and cash registers
- Balance the cash register and maintain reports for debit and credit sales
- Track transactions and report any discrepancies
- Accept payments through cash and POS system
- Ensuring prices and quantities are accurate
- Provide a receipt to every customer
- Redeem stamps and coupons
- Bagging purchases to ensure safe transport
- Process refunds and exchanges
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace
- Provide direct and indirect customer service
